HouseTech Group operates a state-of-the-art factory spanning over 30,000 square meters of modern production space in Guangdong Province. Every aspect of our facility is designed to ensure the highest quality standards in kitchen appliance production. With over 500 skilled workers and engineers, HouseTech delivers consistent excellence across all product lines.

Production Lines

HouseTech factory is equipped with 12 specialized production lines, each optimized for specific product categories:

  • Range Hood Line: Automated sheet metal processing, welding, coating, assembly, and testing stations with annual capacity of 300,000+ units.
  • Gas Stove/Hob Line: Precision die-casting, burner assembly, safety testing, and quality inspection systems.
  • Oven Production: Insulation, heating element installation, control system assembly, and thermal performance testing.
  • Air Fryer Assembly: Compact appliance production line with automated component insertion and function testing.
  • Water Heater Manufacturing: Heat exchanger fabrication, gas valve integration, and combustion safety testing.

  • Incoming Material Inspection: All HouseTech raw materials undergo strict quality checks before entering production.
